PEACE Newsletter no.8 is out

PEACE Newsletter No. 8 has just been released, featuring key updates on the project’s technical progress and broader developments in the hydrogen sector.

In this issue, we present new PEACE reports focusing on the safe and reliable operation of the project’s proof of concept electrolyser system, as well as test protocols for dual-stage alkaline electrolysis systems. We also highlight outcomes from the 5th PEACE Project Meeting, where partners reviewed recent achievements and defined the next steps toward assembling, testing, and operating the PEACE technology demonstrator.

Beyond project activities, the newsletter explores ongoing networking and collaboration with other hydrogen research initiatives, reinforcing PEACE’s role within Europe’s growing hydrogen ecosystem.

Readers will also find sector-wide updates, including news from the Hydrogen Bank auctions and the Innovation Fund which has just opened its calls for funding. Alongside, a selection of hydrogen events in early2026 is presented—notably Hydrogen Days in Prague, where the PEACE project will be actively represented.
